Morgie and Happy were some of our first residents at the Happy Tails Sanctuary in 2019.
Morgie was found only weeks old, in a metal drum outside in the boiling hot midday sun
Happy was rescued from a terribly violent situation where she could of died had we not taken her in
A few years on, with most of their traumas healed, a family in the UK reached out to us to adopt two dogs. They left it to us to decide, and without hesitation, we put forward Morgie and Happy, who are now re-named to suit their new life "Hugo and Lottie".
We get regular updates and even Xmas cards which truly melt our hearts, to see them so happy in their new life is a real blessing.
